1.) No refund is given for shipping and handling charges, unless there is a mistake with the order on our end.

2.) Please call & accurately give your name, invoice number, date of invoice, and when you will be returning/shipping the Simple Crown back to our office

3.) Once your return has arrived at our office, please allow 10 - 15 business days for your return to be processed.

4.) A $14.00 re-stocking fee will be subtracted from the original order price for returned orders.

5.) No refund will be given for returned orders that have been painted, or altered in any way.

Customer is responsible for shipping in the following cases.

1) If you return damaged, painted, or cut Simple Crown, whether it may be the whole original order or part of the original order, the customer pays for shipping charges.

NOTE: Be Decorative, LLC. cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns, so for your protection, please insure all returns.

Delayed/Late Shipments: Customer takes on full liability for safety and validity of delivery address given to us at the time of purchase. Be Decorative LLC will not pay any forwarding costs on shipments.
